I’m lucky to have a nice set of teeth, its the one thing I get regularly complimented on, but they only look as good as they do as my Mum drummed into me from a young age to take care of my teeth. I always brush twice a day but have never really bothered with mouth wash, so when I was asked to try Dentyl Active Mouthwash I was intrigued to see the results.
I was sent 2 of the plaque fighter range in smooth mint and fresh clove, they are both alcohol free so suitable for children over 6 to use, this pleased the boys as they are always asking for mouth wash. Designed by a leading dentist to provide fresh breath and eliminate oral bacteria. The mixture is split when you look at the bottle, it has essential oils at the top and CPC (antibacterial agent) at the bottom, so you have to shake it to use it.
The fact that its alchohol free and because of its formulation it really leaves your mouth feeling fresh and hydrated. I have used mouthwashes before and found they really dry my mouth out. Its actually dry mouth that can trigger bad breath, so Dentyl keeping your mouth hydrated helps prevent bad breath, it always contains fluoride which supports the enamel on your teeth.
Now I give my teeth a good brush twice a day and use another brand of mouth wash so think my teeth are pretty clean. What Dentyl does is highlights the bacteria and food debris so you can see the results in the sink.
