A few months ago I was picked to be a SuperPhoto blogger and given the opportunity to review one of their photo books. They are really competitively priced with prices starting at just £9.99. All books are printed on 20gsm weighted paper and are available with a choice of leather cover for an additional cost. You can choose to have a square, portrait or landscape photobook.
Once you have chosen layout you are taken to the design area where you upload all your images off your computer. There is a range of design options available you can choose from a range of background colours, add custom text and change the layout. You have the option to do this on each page so you can make each page look as unique as you like. You also have the option just to auto fill the book and give it a random look.
I decided to use my holiday pictures and turn in into a holiday keepsake book, I had 24 pages and chose multiple layouts and colours so it took me a while to create my book.
There was a few options of cut out shapes I could have chosen for the front cover but I chose the oval as it made the most of the picture I used on the front page. I chose the blue effect cover as it also went well with picture
A couple of the images were a little grainy but on the whole I am pleased with the overall look of the book, there a mixture of camera images and mobile phone images so maybe a reason for the differing image quality.
I opted for a different coloured background on every single page and a different picture layout to maximise the number of images I could have in the book. As you can see from above you can even layer your images up and overlap them. I think it gives a really nice effect.
Over the 24 pages I managed to squeeze in nearly 90 images which I was quite impressed with as it was the majority of the pictures I took on holiday so I have a book with nearly everything we saw and did. Delivery can take up to 8 days from when your order and they would make a lovely Christmas gift for someone, I am debating in getting some made for my sisters who live outside of Manchester, they don’t see the children as much so a book with pictures would be a lovely gift. If you don’t fancy a photobook they also now offer calendars, canvas, mugs and cards! Make sure you check out the website.
