We love Christmas in our house its a perfect time, no school, family, fun, laughter and lots of twinkling lights. Everyone love Christmas lights, walking down the street at night and seeing everyone’s lights twinkling in their windows. We already have a variety of different lights and the LedHut have sent us some more to add to the collection.

We received the LED Indoor Christmas Curtain Star Light priced at £23.99, the curtain light measures 1.2 metres and has 8 strings of lights on that are all slightly different lengths to give a wave effect. There are a total of 64 lights on the curtain in red, green, yellow and purple, the light does need to be near a socket as it is mains operated.
I’m going to start with what I love, the lights are really bright and the colours really catch your eyes, they look so pretty. The length of the wire that runs to the plug is quiet long and it just goes into a hole on the side of the plug. So if someone does pull on it or trips the wire will just pop out so its not a hazard which I like. What I disliked it they were so fiddly to put up, as your trying to hang them the lights twist around each other an you then have to untangle them. Nothing to do with the lights I’m sure but more user error. The main thing that bothers me is the strips aren’t evenly spaced, if you look a the lights to the right there is small gaps, all even. But the lights on the left have huge gaps, it actually looks like there is strings of lights missing. I have counted the stars and there is 64 as it states, so none are missing. There is no way to adjust the lights on the wire that I can see, so its just how they are made, this does nothing for my ocd.
You can really see the difference in these lights compared to our none LED lights, the colour is so much better and the light is definitely brighter, I am tempted to make the switch and go LED all the way through.
